  • Every inquiry and complaint we received will be followed up on the next working day. In the event, the complaint relates to the function of the Custodian Bank and/ or Selling Agent, the complaint can be submitted directly to the Custodian Bank and/ or Selling Agent.
Complaint Received and Handling:

Jarvis receives, records, verifying and handling complaints from investors. Jarvis can ask investors to submit supporting documents if needed. Investors have 20 working days to complete the required supporting documents and that period can be extended for another 20 working days for certain conditions.

Completion of complaints will be taken care no later than 20 working days after the document received in full. The period can be extended for a minimum of 20 working days or more, with provisions notified in writing to investors.

Complaint Resolution

Responses to complaints will be submitted to investors verbally or in writing.

PT Jarvis Aset Manajemen established on January 25th 2018 and registered at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) - the Indonesian Financial Service Authority KEP- 76/D.04/2018 on November 30th 2018. All of our product offerings shall be sold by registered and professional selling agents supervised by OJK. Every investment instrument bears risks.
